Kung Fu Tea - Rochester

Kung Fu Tea is a reliable milk tea chain known for its quality oolong. I usually order a hot honey oolong milk tea with boba, sweetened to 50%. I find that many tea shops tend to oversweeten their drinks. As for the food, the chicken sandwich was decent, but the kwa kwa bao didn't impress me; while I appreciate the creativity of dirty rice wrapped in chicken skin and fried, it didn't quite work (see picture). This review focuses on the boba, which I enjoyed, while I would rate the chicken a 3 out of 5 stars. The atmosphere at this location is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and it is wheelchair accessible.

King Fu is one of my favorite bubble tea places. They offer a wide variety of flavors, but I always go for the Lychee Black Tea. I love the shredded pieces of lychee in the drink along with the boba.

We ordered the Oreo WOWs, Caramel Milk Tea, and Passion Fruit Tea, and everything was fantastic! :D The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was clean and lively, and overall, it was a great experience. We loved our drinks, and the quality was excellent. Plus, the music added to the vibe! I would definitely recommend this place—10/10! :

Refreshing drinks and unexpectedly delicious food. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but I believe it's justified given the quality. The staff is friendly, service is prompt, and the place is kept clean.

When we were called up to pick up our orders, they gave us intense stares and judgmental looks. One of the female workers even laughed at me as I walked away with my food. My friend and I were left confused—what had we done to warrant such treatment? It felt like unnecessary bullying. How miserable can you be? The atmosphere was terrible, and those employees should be ashamed of their behavior. It's disappointing, especially since the previous staff had been so much friendlier.
