Applebee's - Rochester

They start, on the wrong foot and the waiter. suppe was great. Entree is terrible no taste ever. treat each customer as they are always right.

The stale brownie like concrete and portioning brownie and ice were half big. terrible! today not food here!

Great restaurant with many possibilities. we ordered the two and it was delicious. the drinks were good and the prices were good.

My wife and I went to the applebee’s gates for the national cheeseburger day as well as to the endless boneless wings. we sat on a table that was not cleaned. it had black chips on it. the waitress brought us to an alternative table. (hostess was excellent.) After sitting we went to our commands. the waitress informed us that the cheeseburger special should be at the pick-up switch. that was good as long as we could get it back to the table, we sat together. a manager came to our table and remained that this location was not involved in this event. No, where it was on the website. very bad customer service. we got up and got out before the order. would appreciate a call from the management that monitors this location. I think his name is mike

Worst dining experience I 've ever had. It took over half an hour to get Waters! 1 hour and 8 minutes to get chicken wings. The waitress spent her entire time at the bar fighting with her boyfriend. After our cold wings arrived we asked to speak to the manager. A young person around 21 years old told us sorry about the cold food and lousy service. You can leave now free of charge .
