I visit McDonald’s Rochdale regularly (usually a couple of times per month), it never fails to deliver on it’s usual poor service, offering dirty surroundings, disinterested staff who regularly seem to ignore customers and long waiting times today was no exception waiting for over 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and only eventually receiving my lukewarm coffee after having to chase it up. If you want decent service avoid.

Chicken nuggets didn’t come chips was stale and cold like the rest off the food that actually came burger had no mustard on it and was like biting into a rock and the Fanta tasted like water

I actually can’t believe I’m reviewing Mc Donald’s but wow this was the worst Mc.Donald’s I have ever had. I’d a Big Mac and the bun was stale and hard, the chips were ok but as for the Coke Zero I couldn’t drink it, it was like having a bottle of pure syrup sugar. I’ve been eating Mc.D’s since the 80’s and this was my worst never. The toilets weren’t clean, there was no soap in the ladies toilets so I had to sneak into the mens to use there soap. This was at 11.30 am so not good enough. I’d never even use the toilet in these facilities let alone eat their food
