Dunkin' - Roanoke

Go to Starbucks instead. Terrible experience every weekend at this Dunkin and will not be going back. Every weekend, the same staff messes up my order and is oblivious each time I question them about it. Reached out to management and never heard anything back. Save your bad experience and don’t go here.

The service was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the way they displayed their cups was cute. The donuts were fresh and delicious.. I didn't like the coffee but that's my error, Since I didn't know I wouldn't like the flavor I picked.

Stopped by to try their Iced Carmel Machiato with 2 extra shots that I normally get at Starbucks...they should really go down the road and get a Starbucks Coffee to taste how it's supposed to be done!...I was going to get a dozen donuts...they didn't have 3/4 of what I wanted to get! BYE

Terrible. got two iced pumpkin spice coffees and it tastes like just coffee and creamer absolutely no pumpkin at all. They also put granulated sugar in an iced drink so both drinks are gritty. For how much money we spent this morning, this is my worst Dunkin experience.
