Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roanoke

When I got to the location there was only two other customers in the store, someone in line ordering in front of me and one sitting down eating. I was rudely greeted with what do you want and I proceeded to say a burrito bowl to go, with white rice and no beans, before I could say with veggies please she cut me off and said what meat , when I repeated myself she proceeded to roll her eyes at me before putting the veggies on and then a VERY small portion of meat on my bowl, the man in line in front of me got the same meat and got a much larger portion. I proceeded down the line with pico, a little green salsa (she proceeded to do 2 scoops in the center of the bowl not spread out at all), corn, a little sour cream (she proceeded to do a heaping scoop also in the center of the bowl), and cheese. At the end I asked for a side of chips and guacamole, another worker rudely looked up at me and stated is this it? and questioned the size of chips that I asked for asking if I wanted a child or adult size. When I got home the entire bowl was cold, I was able to pull out about 4 pieces of meat and the bowl was overflowing from the foil with sour cream and on the inside of the bag. Terrible customer service, will not be returning to this location.

When u say extra, they act like they do not hear u and don 't want to put extra topping on your order, Lol. Seems that way at every chipotle. I 'm not sure if they don 't want to go to the back for refills or what. Other than their poor listening skills, everything is great!

Had a good meal here, food was great, however most of the tables had not been cleaned off from previous guests. Besides that the staff was awesome, no other complaints.

Always hot and fresh. Always get more than I can eat. And it's at a fair price.

Second time an item(multiple items) were missing or wrong with the order.
