Chick-fil-a - Roanoke

By driving thru to noon, I had a personal incident that she helped to solve without question. I always had an excellent customer service with every Chick-Fil-A where I was, and this place has the customer service on another notch. Thank you for always having top score all the time!!

I've seen that a lot of these negative reviews are due to the long lines at Chick-fil-A Roanoke, but I want to thank them for always being so courteous even during their busy hours. This Chick-fil-A is so heavily trafficked because it's the only one around for 20 minutes in every direction, meaning it is closer to a lot more people than one would expect. When I would wait in the drive thru, I always received everything I ordered exactly as I ordered it and in a very quick manner. Now that I use the One app, I receive my meal even quicker and also get some death glares from people in the drive thru. It's really as simple as ordering a few minutes earlier online to receive your meal in a timely manner. Thank you for offering this option at your location and for always providing great service!

Thank you so much, Chick-Fil-A of Roanoke!!! I took my dog with me so she wouldn 't be locked up. I like having my wallet prepared when going through the drive-thru and I had it set in a cup holder. My dog knocked it over along the way and I couldn 't find it while an employee waited for me at the window. After a few minutes, the manager came to the window and said don 't worry about it. I said, let me pull over into a parking lot and I 'll find it but he said not to worry about it. Well, I did pull over and I found it so I walked back in to pay for it and everyone insisted that it was ok. I definitely had the money to pay for the meal and I had no intention of grabbing a free meal . But having just graduated and while job hunting, this small amount can go towards my rent and my bills. I am really grateful for this act of kindness and will recommend this location to everyone in the area. Thank you so much!! This meant a lot to me!

The best service out there! So friendly! The food is yummy and fast!

This location does it right even when they make a mistake. My family of 5 visits this location quite often. The service is beyond compare! Its honorable to see the young individuals going above and beyond to make sure customers are well cared for and taking pride in their dining and play areas ensuring it's clean and welcoming. We once had a long wait on food items and the cashier offered us a shake or treat for our 4yo. They are also community friendly. : In 3 years, we haven't had a bad experience at this place.
