Shakeys Abad Santos - Riyadh

Me and my friends had a disappointing experience at Shakeys Abad Santos (July 27, 10-11pm) The service was exceptionally slow. Also we have some request that is neglected. The manager seemed lacked in attention and has poor customer management skill. I hope that the manager can be more polite and explain the situation to the customers in a good manner. Extremely disappointed with the service, it took us almost an hour to get our pasta, Same goes for the bill. They even forget to give back our supercard. Some crew were very rude and gave attitude specially the guy in black. Overall, the slow service and lack of attention from the staff made it a very frustrating experience. Takes 30 mins to get a refill of water, takes 2 hours to get your order, atmosphere was stuffy, chicken was grainy, carbonara had some raw flour, pizza was too dry and hard.
