Mcdonald's - Riverview

Don’t order table service, they won’t bring it to you and then they will blame you for food being late and cold.

This Mcdonald's consistently has bad service. The thing that bothers me the most is the rudeness and the nonchalant attitude like they simply don't care. I worked at McDonald's as a teenager about 35 years ago. If you weren't polite to the customer, you couldn't work there. Put a smile on your face and pretend like you are serving your grandparents. How hard is it to be polite and use words like welcome, please, thank you, and have a nice day. I promise you, at this establishment, nobody has any standards. I'm simply saying, I am sick and tired of your subpar service and won't be returning.

Ok place when they pay attention to what you order, like cook to order. The food was cold and had to be exchanged.

Signs are misleading at drive thru, need app for the correct pricing. 1st time at McDonald's in a long time, I guess I won't be back if I have to have an app to get the right price.

Hot food for once especially the fries. Nice people working there.
