Dunkin' - Riverview

Terrible service, they went away when I tried to talk to them about my order. I had a to-go order and when I told them they didn't have it and they didn't try to do anything about it, they just ignored the problem and left me in the register. Finally, when someone else came to help me, he told me to go on the shelf and there was nothing there, then I tried to tell them that and they just ignored me. Don't go here and don't give them your service, they? and have terrible customer service.

Honestly disappointing if a simple order like 2 blueberry donuts and 4 simple donuts cannot be fulfilled. Instead, I get six different donuts I didn't ask. I should have looked, but still quite annoying.

I swear every time I go through or when I go. This time I'm going in because you're slow. I would like to ask a simple question of a small icey caramel coffee with cream and liquid sugar. My ice cream doesn't taste like sweet tea. I can't even drink it so sweet. not only that my sisters cold-brown tea straight water. You have to bring it together. KYLIE THE MANAGER teach your employees how to make a real coffee!!!! It's not that hard.

Love Dunkin!! They prove you can have great tasting coffee in many different flavors without paying $6.00!!! Oh...they also give Veteran and Law Enforcement discounts..... just saying @Starbucks
