The New Leaf Tea Room Gift Shoppe

Adjustable tee place! the interieur is perfectly decorated and transports it to an English teehouse from the middle century. the tee is absolutely wonderful and the food served beside it is also very good, especially the scones that are freshly baked and delicious. a great experience overall! very recommended for a beautiful tomorrow!

Was there 3/6/22 for a bridal shower. Our party filled every seat in the place. Food served was in a timely matter to match the time we would be there. 12p-3p. Walking in, the owner was standing there...said absolutely NOTHING. I said hello and commented how good it smelled. She TOLD me to take a seat! I arrived at 11:55am, so who are you rushing??? 40 more people hadn't arrived yet. She NEVER smiled nor did her staff members. I felt as if we were invading their territory the entire time. She treated EACH table the same horrible way. No mannerism or friendly personality at all. They placed to teapots per table and NEVER once checked them or refreshed them or asked if it needed to be. The tea was COLD an hour in! I replaced the toilet paper myself as she told another guest where to find it!!! I NEVER heard the words: please, thank you, you're welcome, our pleasure, may I, etc. NO salutations coming for going to ANY of the 50 guests!!!!! I purchased $47 of merch. I declined a plastic bag for green reasons. Afterwards, we sat back at our seats with our items, she rudely said to my 22 yo daughter, did you pay for that???!! A guest sat at a table by adding an extra chair, she told her she HAD to move. The guest respectively refused as she was sitting with family members from out of town. The owner then went to my sister (paying for the party) and yelled at her for the guest not listening to her. Most of us felt the entire time as if in a prison more than a tea room. I would NEVER suggest to ANYONE to go here.

I had the braut shower of my daughter last Sunday. the nee leaf is a very sentimental place for us, I took my daughter there as there is only a gift shop to buy her the latest cap baby! I would give this a 5-star rating, but because of how rude the owner, dana I only give there a 3. she was as rude as possible, made my guests very unpleasant! save her money and go to another tee room, there are many others! she is no person and is in the wrong business! it is a scandal, because I do not see the new leaf atsugi in business with such an rude owner

My friends and I had a nice experience. I'm not a teeman. but I tried the chocolate truffles and it was delicious. we'll be back soon.

Really nice place to get a date to brong. great girly ambiente. from the menu you could think that eating is not enough, but I was full and eating was tasty great.
