Bidra med feedbackI ordered a roasted ham, cheese, and tomato sandwich and was disappointed. The cheese was barely noticeable, with a large, unmelted blob in the middle. The chips seemed to be leftovers from the bottom of the bag. When we asked the staff about it, we were met with excuses about COVID. I expected better quality and portion sizes. I do not plan on returning.
I visited this restaurant over 3 years ago and had a disappointing experience. Despite this, my wife and I decided to give it another try recently. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. We ordered a flat white, a tea, a ham and cheese croissant, and a piece of carrot cake for morning tea. The restaurant was very busy, but the long wait between receiving our items was unacceptable. Our drinks arrived first, but the coffee was spilt on the side of the cup and we had to get our own sugar from a separate station. The carrot cake my wife ordered was dry and lacked moisture. When we informed a staff member about the missing croissant and the cake issue, they became defensive and insisted that the cake was fresh, blaming the fridge temperature for the problem. They offered to heat the croissant, but we declined as we didn't want it to become dry. By the time the croissant finally arrived, it was overcooked and had very little filling. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and a waste of $24. We will not be returning for at least another 3 years, if ever.
I came here to enjoy a cup of coffee. I had to leave our names as per the requirement. I always love the coffee from this coffee club.
We gave him an attempt, as our usual coffee place was closed. it was okay, not flashing, but not too bad. the coffee was good, but not great and the service left a little to wish. in fairness we went there shortly before we close what. Maybe have influenced the service we received.
The service is good and the staff are friendly. Seniors receive a discount. the food is OK, but the menu is tired so there is a need for an upgrade of the menu
