Kfc - Riverton

No napkins for a start, the wait was long and the biscuits were hard as a rock, the meals were extremely expensive.

I am tired of ordering the big box meal and never getting the full order. It comes with two sides and they have NOT given us the cole slaw four times now.

Missing some of our order. The menu in the drive through wasn't lit so it was very hard to order. No napkins and no spoon to eat our mashed potatoes. Soda was straight carbonation no flavor.

This was the best KFC I have visited in a few years. I ordered the 20.00 fill up and this has been the only on that you can substitute 1 item in your package. I'm not a coleslaw fan and I substituted a mac and cheese in its spot. I visited at about 12:30 pm and I was in drive thru less than 5 minutes and they were wrapped around the building

Couldn't eat inside. Ashley had one of the best voices over the outsider speaker. Very, very nice and accommodating. Very professional and exceptionally customer oriented. Not that KFC is a bad place to work but I retired from a food service company and I would have hired her away from them. She would be great in sales!!!
