Cubby's - Riverton

I'm against cubbys. on the one hand everything is very good! on the other hand, it is quite expensive. I went through the other night after work and just wanted one bite. I got a sandwich. no pages, no drink, and not even one of their fancy extra cost versions of the sandwiches. without any of them, I spent $12 $13. was that sandwich great? but I was a couple times and every time I go, I'm caught by the watchman by the price. eating is very good. but my advice was in the rule only when someone else paid. when they buy, just ready to order about $20 a person when they order a full meal. but everyone will enjoy eating.

The fries and sauce were so yummy! The salad I got was nothing special and it took a long time for them to bring it out to me. I figured that they had forgotten about me. Meanwhile, the rest of my friends had their orders so It was awkward while we waited for mine. Thing is, the place hardly had any patrons so I'm not sure what the deal was. I thought the salad would have been bigger too. I was also surprised that it came out in a to-go container. At least that container was eco-friendly. I'm not sure if I would go back. My friends say that they love going there though.

Let's start with the good. I ordered the tri-tip salad and chicken, poblano soup. Both were really yummy! The dressing on the trip-tip salad was a little spicy but delicious and the soup had a lot of flavor. When ordering I was not sure if the trip-tip would ve served cold or hot, it was cold. Now the not so good. My husband ordered the gypsy burger with rosemary fries. His burger was decent vut could have used more sauce. The rosemary fries were wilty and not as flavorful as we had hoped. We used the drive-thru and they forgot my spoon for the soup which left us slurping the broth until we could use a fork. Overall the food was okay but maybe not worth the price. The portions were smaller than expected, even for organic.

It's such a love hate relationship with Cubbys. They changed fry containers so you get significantly less, the salad dressing container is barely half full, their prices have gone up and now they awkwardly ask for a tip at the drive thru.

HIGHLY disappointing!! The time you order vs when you get your food you would've thought it was an actual restaurant like Longhorn. We waited a good 20 mins before getting our food. There wasn't anyone in front us and they weren't busy. The food is extremely over priced, I ordered a salad and it looks like they only gave my a 1/2 of a chicken for that price. I should've went to the grocery store and made one . I swear I get more salad from Burger King. My son's burger was so runny, I probably wouldn't have ate it if I ordered it myself. Won't return, I'm sure I'll be hungry in another 10 mins
