Arby's - Riverton

Workers were super nice but upsold me on doubling the meat on the Game Burger. Big mistake as it was quite bad. Great jalapeno poppers tho, and a well kept eating

This Arby's is inconsistent. Today was good, the last time was just ok. You never know exactly what you are getting quality wise...

Many times over three years. I use to work at Arby's as a teenager so I have a good idea of what things should be like. Arby's on Yellowstone in Cheyenne is almost perfect. The Arby's in Riverton not so much. The roast is usually cut wrong handled wrong and served wrong. That's most sandwiches are wrong! The fries no matter what kind are cold always even during their big come to Arby's for our great fries event. I was ordering a side salad but they discontinued that. I did like the gyro. The roast beef was best. Turkey lacked flavor and the real meat was to salty. I ate to many of them. The fish sticks are awful. The beef n cheddar suffers from this lackluster meat problem. If your use to good Arby's this isn't it.

First time leaving a review. Outstanding service. Food was good and it came quickly. More importantly the service was excellent. Guy at counter stopped what he was doing to help a handicap gentleman through the door then made sure to bring his meal to him. He had napkins and straws and asked if he needed anything else.Looked like a lady was in charge, she was running things smoothly and everyone had a smile on their face...GOOD JOB
