Yogurtland - Riverside

I absolutely love the yogurt at this place! The customer service was exceptional. The woman with glasses was extremely helpful to my mom and me. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!

I would give this place 3 stars based on my recent visit. Normally, it's great, like other yogurt shops, but... it closes at 9:30, and I arrived at 9:00. Four of the machines were already cleaned and turned off. A few of the others were not kept cold, and the yogurt that came out was watery. The toppings were just okay, and there were limited options; the magic shell was empty. In short, it feels like the place shuts down at least 30 minutes before the official closing time.

To make matters worse, the store was out of almost everything. The flavor selection was severely limited, and several machines weren’t functioning. The tables and chairs looked filthy, as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Meanwhile, the staff was busy chatting and laughing, completely ignoring the state of the place. This was undoubtedly the worst Yogurtland I’ve ever encountered. I've even reached out to customer service about my experience twice, and I still haven’t received any response. I will not be returning.

I absolutely loved it! The service was fantastic, the staff were wonderful, and the yogurt was of excellent quality.
