Subway - Riverside

Wish security was around to keep the homeless out. Guy kept coming in and out of the restaurant/bathroom. Smelled awful. Almost threw up my sandwich. And the poor employees can't do anything about it. The food started tasting better when he left and the awful stench of B/O with him.

Walked in today approx 3:52pm Whomever was serving at that time didn't exchange gloves with the customer prior to me, until I told her to do so. She had grabbed my bread and chicken to toast it and then walked to the register putting her hands to add item so I can be charged, when she took sandwich from toaster she asked me what veggies did I want, I noticed she was going to use the same gloves and her glove finger tips were dirty. I told her to switch her gloves and she got bothered about the suggestion and provided bad customer service. I am disgusted. Never again.

The young lady working on Monday morning, clearly did not want to be there!!! Slamming things around, asking questions and then not listening to the answers. Either show up ready to do your job and help people, or quit and find a job where you don't work with people!!!

It doesn’t get better than this! The food is fantastic, and the service is genuinely warm. I was quite hungry and craving a delicious, filling Subway sub, and I was not disappointed at all. My sandwich was made on my choice of bread, loaded with fresh, tasty veggies that I selected. I decided to add extra meat, and it exceeded my expectations. Wow, what a great sandwich! It was prepared and served by a friendly and personable female employee who made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The staff is so nice! This will definitely be my go-to spot for sandwiches from now on.

The staff at this restaurant were fantastic! We walked in with an order for eight sandwiches, and they were more than happy to assist us. We had tried a different Subway before this, and their service was quite unwelcoming—they claimed to be too busy even though we were the only customers in the place. If you're looking for great sandwiches and even better service, you should definitely give this restaurant a try. Support local businesses: buy local, shop local, spend local, and eat local!
