Jack In The Box - Riverside

I've never had to do a bad review but I'm tired of it happening again this jack in the Crack location is horrible! Not only do you have to wait in line for 45 min to receive your order and no it wasn't packed 5 cars in line and it took 45 min to receive my order and not only that but they tell you that you have to wait an additional time before they can take your payment and after that they take your payment and then tell you to park in the front and wait for them to bring your order again! I wish that was all so apparently they can't seem to understand that I ordered a double jack and instead they keep giving me a jumbo jack I specifically said the number so there wouldn't be any mistakes and they still can't get it right! And to top it off my drink didn't taste like soda ? so you need to stay away from this location! I won't be coming back and I do not recommend it either! Jack in the box used to be the GOAT! it's sad to see it fall.

Cindi was absolutely horrible! She did not value time at all and kept telling me to back up when I insisted that my reverse was not working. Then she also gave the wrong meal to me and friend in drive through..

Everything about this jack box needs help .. manger and employees works with and touch food without gloves. Touching everything behind counter then grabs your food n throw into the fryer. Asked for food the be fresh, still not. Lobby dirty tables sticky , floor dirty. Very sad /disappointing and it’s not the first time this has happened. Employees are lazy and pathetic.

How do u mess up my order when i am the only one there then when i contact you, you call me a liar, i asked for a 5 piece chicken nugget u gave me 3 pieces i asked for a hashbrown u gave me 2 small hashbrowns, and the croissant you got right, to be honest i should've just went to mcdonalds because i atleast know they do their jobs right, nonetheless never returning to this jack n the box ashame your company couldn't hire anyone but slackers, there was only 1 guy that worked there before he actually was good on getting stuff right. but the was annoying nonetheless.
