Food is OK. Price can be cheap, but have had to wait too long before. They are fair.

Short tempered rude ladies at the window even though nobody was in line and they weren't busy. Then they shorted me 5 pieces of chicken. Great.

They never have chicken breast I understand it takes a bit to cook the chicken but please at least train your employees to at least notify customers before they order their food that they don't have mix or there is a wait time instead of letting them after they order. Your better going to the pollo loco in mo val at least they never run out chicken breast and customer service is way better.

I usually order online and pick up here. They have always been accurate with my order and on time. Everyone is friendly and I will definitely keep coming back here.

Great tasting fire roasted chicken and mac and cheese make a delicious quick dinner to pick up when you don't feel like cooking a meal. Other sides such as mashed potatoes and beans and fresh tortillas put a star on the meal. Family meal options are also good for getting a variety of chicken pieces and some sides at a reasonable price.
