Everything is just OK, don't like their coffee it always tastes burnt, evert now and then when I'm in a hurry, ill get a coffee and a donut or an egg sandwich here but other than that, I'm not a big Dunkin fan like most.

Ordered a decaf coffee and they gave me regular. When I asked her if it was decaf she looked at the cup, she got all mad and didn’t say a word. Walked away and made a new one then slammed it on the counter. I have a serious sensitivity to caffeine therefore, I can’t drink it! Today my coffee has coconut in it and my sandwich tastes like the oven cleaner they use at night.? I try to give them chances but they never fail to disappoint. The crew is always extremely loud. More worried about socializing than greeting a customer or making their order correct. The owner needs to turn this crew over! Let me know if you need a new manager ??

I have found most Dunkin' stores consistent. When I come in the mornings, their selection of donuts, sandwiches and drinks are good. I order using the mobile app and I don't have to worry about long lines nor lukewarm customer service.I have passed by and ordered out of this store many times on my way to the Bike Path, so it's conveniently located in that sense.The store is a bit on the small scale, so in the morning rush hours, it can get really packed and slow...otherwise, a convenient store if you are in this part of East Providence.
