Panera Bread - Riverhead

The young woman who took my phone order was very nice. Her name was Kristen. However, the pizza we received was awful. It did not taste good at all. It didn't even taste like pizza. I would never order it again, especially considering the price.

I found garbage in my food at this restaurant. I contacted corporate about the issue, but they were not eager to fix the mistake. They first offered me a gift card, assuming I would return to eat there again. They also mentioned that a refund could take up to 30 days or longer.

The cashier was very impolite. She had difficulty hearing me and displayed a very unpleasant attitude. I would never treat someone in that manner. Unfortunately, her name was not on the receipt, so I cannot identify who it was.

Always a large almost food place to get quick lunch or dinner. brot and bagels surprisingly good. salate, suppen, dishes and sandwiches taste healthy. if I have a choice between a fast food drive thru and panera, I will always choose panera. By the way, they have the best coffee. each panera is good, they are quite stable with their service and their app is great.

Every time I go to this panera, it has the highest quality. this time when we went to eat, was ready before we even settled. incredible!
