Pizza Hut - Riverdale

I would give this location zero stars if I could. This is the second issue I've had with them. I preordered pizza for my kids to be delivered at 4:30 PM yesterday. I received a notification that it was out for delivery at 4:19 PM, but it never arrived. When I called around 5:20 PM to inquire about it, I was told that it had been delivered. I explained to both the employee and the manager that I had proof from my Ring camera that I never received the pizza. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager suggested I was being dishonest and said she would call the police to investigate. I told her to go ahead. We eventually agreed that I would come to the restaurant to pick it up instead. However, when I arrived around 6 PM, my order still wasn't ready. Frustrated, we decided to cancel the order and go elsewhere. A male employee with braids assured us it would be canceled. But this morning, I saw that the charge went through. It feels like Pizza Hut has taken my money while accusing me of stealing a simple pizza. I've been on hold all morning trying to resolve this issue, but I can't reach anyone. You would think customer service would improve given the current climate and the number of businesses struggling to survive.

The food was cold. The did not follow directions on how I wanted my pizza. It was awful

Pizza was ok but man it's changed so much and I really didn't care for it. I'm giving them 4 stars because I know it's not their fault and the customer service was great.

The best Margarita Pizza ever. Amazing. If you have had it, you know. Love everything actually.

They gave us a $10. Credit about a month ago due to some issues from last order, and they sure did make it up this time...our pizza this time was super delish, it was perfect! Wished I got the name of the person that took our order and the person that prepared it. TY all. Luz
