Burger King - Riverdale

This is so wrong I ordered a double whopper and what I got was in the picture. The food is old it looks like I ordered the sandwich 2 hrs ago, They don't care how they do people's food how hard is it I feel like they gave me someone's order because there's no way my food should look like

I have noticed a bunch of the fast food restaurants don’t really have lines anymore. I UNDERSTAND why… In addition to OVERPRICED food now this establishment is now charging you for condiments. We are all struggling but for a person to buy a meal but you have to buy a SPECIFIC meal to get condiments is crazy. You HAVE to buy Chicken Fingers or Nuggets in order to receive BBQ sauce. Even IF I buy a meal and use the BBQ Sauce for my FRIES they now make you pay .30 for Sauce. Nor do they VOLUNTARILY put Ketchup in the bag. They just give you your food and try to send you on your way. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard… I see why Chic Fil A is MOST ppl’s choice. I won’t be supporting this location any further.

They are very rude !! everytime i go there they say the drive through is down but it’s not and they’re fully staffed and always have an attitude !

I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before and waited in a super long line. The lady said she didn’t see my order and made me go back around in the super long line again. Unbelievable.

They never open inside the store at breakfast time. Everybody has to go thru the drive thru , which is not convenient at all . So I never can eat bk breakfast before work. Drive thru line be super long and the workers are slow. This got to change. They open the store door late as hell.
