Bidra med feedbackYo this place( taco bell in ripley) on the catina deluxe box they sold to me uncooked huh, flat baja, they had no eis and my 5 layers burrito was nothing else than brazen. they had no chalupas. You have to do better. that was a whole $18 of my hard earned money seriously, just coming home and throwing it away and not getting what I deserve as a customer. it is not even management mistakes it is the lazy workers!
I would like to say that the worst Taco bell experience I had, the girls are very rude. should not put on adult people hollers and hear and play in a business. my whole food was wrong. never will bring my children back to this waste of money
No matter how many times you ask for no sour cream they will still put it on there the service has gotten terrible and they 90% of the time mess up an order
Their prices on their signs are wrong. They charge more than they want you to believe. They're out of almost everything my wife ever asks for, including a freeze that there were advertising saying We don't have that anymore Well if you don't sell them anymore, why is there a sign advertising it??? The cherry on top is getting home to realize they gave me the right receipt, but wrong order. Gas is too expensive to be driving back. Maybe if the girl at the window wasn't too busy playing on her phone she could've gave us the right order.Date posted: 6-12-22
Visited this establishment today. Only to be turned away at the counter by two ladies, one who was super rude stating that they weren't allowing inside dining or ordering. There were children sitting at the high top table eating and FedEx or some type of delivery service workers eating at a booth. The rude worker literally came from behind the counter and threw her hands in the air stating see what ya done did!? Not even sure what she meant by that. If your establishment does not allow dine-in. There should be proper posting, no other guests dining inside and maybe perhaps lock your door. It's halfway through 2022 and 99% of the other eateries around have opened their doors back for dine-in. Maybe management should also train their customers with better customer service as well. As a business owner of establishments myself, I would be irritated at how my staff acts towards the public.
