Kfc - Ripley

This doesn't even deserve a whole star! Terrible service! Waited over 40 minutes for our food, and the order was wrong! Samething happened last week. Would be a great idea to close it down and open a Popeyes. From now on I'll fry my own chicken!This place will not get another cent from me!

It was taco bell and KFC, not to good! I ate 3 tacos and had a drink. They have removed all packages of salt, taco sauce hot and mild napkins... spaced seating 6 feet and etc. By and large l only place 1 star regardless of what they showed

I visited the restaurant on Sunday afternoon around 2:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. The drive-thru speaker was broken, with a sign directing customers to window #2. There were four other cars in line, so I decided to go inside, but both entrance doors were locked, preventing entry. An employee gestured for me to use the drive-thru instead. It seemed that the 2-3 small children running around in the dining area were prioritized over paying customers. I've never received good service at this restaurant. Thankfully, there's a new Jack's across the street; they always treat me well.

Terrible experience! The wait for the food wasn't the worst part, but it was still frustrating. On top of that, they asked us to park and then brought the wrong order to our car twice. The staff didn’t apologize; they just seemed confused about what was happening. I definitely won’t be returning to this restaurant.

The food was enjoyable overall. However, they forgot my coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Although KFC provided the missing items the following day, I was still charged, which I think was unfair. That said, the food was very good. The chicken could have been fresher, but the coleslaw was excellent. Just be sure to check your order to ensure everything is included before you leave.
