Bidra med feedbackIf they do not follow the business, they will change it. also could get rid of the lobby as they never opened it. also should follow sections better. a few weeks ago ordered a piece and has 4 small pieces! disappointed and not full. Other than what the food is in the really good. the workers seem not to be there and are rude.
I've been waiting for my lunch for a long time. when we got it, it was like that. I'm just gonna think I'm dessert there. food: 3/5
Mediocre at best, food deserts and service. The workers are locking the lobby/walk-in door during regular business hours. Unprofessional, or incapable the workers seem to have no desire how to work through a rush. Their more focused on conversation non work related then work and the task at hand.
Most of the time the youngsters working here are pretty conscientious of their job, and often, it's their first job! It's a pleasure to see these kids taking pride in what they do!
Both blizzards we got where melted and overflowing and messy. My husband asked them to wipe the sides off and the girl with the colorful braids flipped him off through the window. Blizzard was all vanilla ice cream about halfway down because it was poorly mixed. Not worth the 15 minute wait in the long drive through line. Not sure how they can claim they're too short staffed to have the dining room open when there were at least 5 employees in there. The managers and employees clearly need some sort of guidance and training
