Alumni Grill At Rio Grande

We get the Jekyll and Hyde sandwich. It's our favorite. Everything else we have tried is good but this sandwich is on point. The sauce is impeccable and very tasty. We love the staff they are so thoughtful.

Food is ok nothing better than anywhere else. Ordered the Jekyll and Hyde thinking it was a fancy steak sandwich. Not even close. Shredded meat in a wrap is a harder to eat and does not taste as good than a roll. Should have been on a 9 roll as described. Plus the meat had a bone in it and tasted cheap. I would recommend getting a different meat supplier or chip your own fresh with premium meat. The kick balls were ok but I kept thinking they were fried perfectly but bland. If they offered up beef or chicken gravy with a dash of cheddar on top this would be the menu highlight and make this place stand out more.

First time here. Husband got a burger and it was cooked just to his liking and I got a cheesesteak and it was delicious. Staff is very pleasant as well. Great place

Our favorite! I always get the wild ocean garlic Parmesan fries and they're amazing every time! The food is always so so good and the staff is even better!

I used to absolutely love this place. Key words..USED TO. I still love the food, but I am so disenchanted with this experience i am done. I placed an order to receive sweet potato fries(upcharge) instead of regular ones with my burger. It was verified over the phone. I picked up my order and the receipt clearly stated sweet potato fries (which is why I ordered from there this day). I got all the way home and opened the order and found regular fries. Normally no big deal, but I wasn't told on the phone at the order placement, wasn't told when I went to the restaurant for pick up, and the receipt was correct. When I called back I was told they had no sweet potato fries and it was written on the box stating this. There was nothing written anywhere and I was smugly told oh well, we don't have it. A sub isn't a big deal but I paid for the upcharge, was never told they didn't have it and was basically told tough, deal with it. I have been in customer service for more than 30 years and this is unacceptable. The attitude is why I will never go back. I have a gift card that I am giving away. Horrid service. I didn't even eat the burger. 30 bucks and I went home and ordered from somewhere else.
