Bartro Restaurante - Rio das Ostras

Found the restaurant at TripAdvisor... Bartrô Bistrô Special meats, Brazilian flavor with bistrot presentation. Entree we choose the Gratin of Coalho cheese was the indication from Cintia the waitress, amazing flavor, nice ciabatta bread. I got the steak of carioca . Beef well done, grilled in the right point as I asked. The banana chips are the best. She got the salmon bartrô , very well done grilled very well keeping the moisture. The batata baroa mashed potato was great. Very good wine. We could not go ahead into the desserts. The chef 's take care what he proposal to do. Decoration good for a beach city. Restaurant very recommended, I will be back for sure.

This is the very best restaurant of Rio was Ostras, specially for seafood. Shrimps are always perfect and the lemon creamy risotto is amazing! Not to mention the perfect profiterolis for desert. Cozy environment with a beautiful garden and nice service.

Drove from Buzios to Rio das Ostras for lunch, the restaurant had been recommended. Bartro is part of the Brazilian Restaurant Association and I ordered their 2017 special dinner. It was excellent!! Plan to go back and try other menu items. I Highly recommend the Bartro.
