Shamna Ve Salta - Riga

This original place was replaced by a suboptimal bistro.

It doesn't exist anymore. We were looking for it for ages but we couldn't find it, there is another restaurant next to it, I asked the guy if that restaurant was this one, he said yes, then I checked the menu and the flag and it wasn't from Israel so we left, as we wanted to try this one. I just leave a star for the confusion.

Came here beginning of June 2022 and no restaurant here.Based on the reviews, was looking forward to the food.

I don 't know if it 's the same restaurant as described by the other comments but we were very disappointed. There was no restaurant name to discover from outside.By entering the restaurant we were greeted friendly by the waitress while the chef was sitting at a table watching some sports on his mobile phone. The drinks they offer were only water, orange juice, tea and Coffee. It was a little difficult to understand everything on the menu but in the end we both found something. A few minutes after ordering we heard a ping and a few minutes after that another ping .... Food was ready ...Everything we got was microwaved and poorly seasoned. We wouldn 't recommend a visit. Felt like a typical tourist Trap.

Very nice food. We loved it. We tried mixed starters and halloumi salad and we really enjoyed.The waiter was also very friendly and was giving us useful suggestions.
