Wendy's - Rifle

The restaurant is very clean, but it was a bit challenging to navigate through the cars in the drive-through to reach the door. The fries are consistently too salty at every location. Overall, aside from these issues, the restaurant was satisfactory.

The restaurant was tidy and the service was fast. The food could have been slightly better.

I asked for a Dave's single combo with no cheese at the drive-through. They charged me at the window and I asked does the hamburger have cheese? They said all the hamburgers have cheese. We don't make them anyone other way. We can't give you your money back. So they kept the hamburger and french fries and I drove away having paid for the whole meal. This place sucks! Do not go there.

Employees very rude, nuggets taste old , ice machine not working and emplees got mad when we ask for ice , but overall employees very un happy ??‍

Customer service was on point today!And my food is usually almost always on point too!
