Hamburger was very raw, ordered it all the way and received only lettuce, Mayo, and a sliver of tomato, fries were cold in the middle and the fried ravioli was over cooked and so hard that I couldn’t bite it . Charged $1.00 for a glass of water. no one offered to refill it) the 1 meatball was tasteless The garlic “ knot” was just that a big glob of hard biscuit with Parmesan cheese on top that fell on My lap upon trying to bite it. I broke my plastic fork trying to cut it . My salad was whole leaf. We tried to cut it with a plastic knife but it wouldn’t cut. Our Bill was 33$ for this slopp. Restaurant has nice atmosphere and very clean . Employees were friendly but not attentive to customers needs .
