Great Steakout - Rochester

The Philly cheese steak tasted really good. The fries with bacon and cheese sauce were rather bland somehow though. Friendly staff.

I ordered food online and sent my daughter to pick it up, but they asked her for proof of the order. I found this frustrating, as I've never experienced this before, and I can't imagine anyone would send a child to steal food. I've visited this restaurant four times without being asked for identification. It's hard to believe that a 12-year-old would even know the name of a random person to fake an order. I won't be ordering from here again. Thank you.

The customer service was excellent, and the food met my expectations. I would rate it a 9 out of 10.

The prices are too high, and my salad was missing essential ingredients! I was charged $16 but only received half of the toppings I requested. I won't be coming back! Their food is just too inconsistent!
