York Fish Chips - Richmond Hill

Unfortunately, the food I received was quite disappointing. It arrived soggy and poorly packaged, which negatively affected the overall flavor. The excessive greasiness left me with an upset stomach, and there was an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered.

This is the closest spot for fish and chips, and I placed a walk-in order that took only about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the fish was served in a nice light batter with a generous portion. However, the chips could have been cooked a little longer.

Great value! The food is quick, fresh, and very satisfying. You definitely have to try the halibut!

Surprisingly good Fish and Chips. Went in for take out and since I was the only person in the place I asked the owner if it would be okay if I sat at one of the tables for a few minutes and ate my lunch. She said sit down is more expensive so I just left. By the way the Halibut is much thinner than most that I 've had in the past. I am not sure it they slice it in half or they get it this way but it tasted good.

The fish was good too much batter and small portion for the price. The chips had a decent taste to them but they felt like they have been reheated Overall I would not return Service was very friendly though
