Who teaches them to pack chocolate croissants in a paper bag instead of a box? It’s only logical that they’ll stick together! Honestly, come on! I want to savor my food, not rush through it without really tasting it! Presentation DOES matter!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered two sandwiches, a coffee, a bottle of Coke, and a muffin. I was charged for everything, but I didn’t receive one of the sandwiches. When I requested a receipt, I was denied and informed that I hadn’t ordered the missing sandwich. The staff then asked me to leave.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but only half of it had chicken; the other half was completely empty!
I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered a vanilla iced coffee, a strawberry Oreo creamy chill, two honey crullers, and a glass of water. Unfortunately, the employee taking my order didn't seem very attentive and failed to listen properly. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, I was met by a rude staff member who had packed the donuts carelessly. To make matters worse, I noticed that I hadn't received the coffee I paid for. When I pointed out that I received a strawberry creamy chill instead of the strawberry Oreo creamy chill I'd ordered, the employee informed me that they were out of the latter. She should have communicated this during the ordering process. Furthermore, when I asked for the glass of water again at the window, she simply replied, “they are about to close, so sorry,” and didn’t provide it. Given this experience, I'm quite hesitant to return to Tim Hortons. This isn’t my first negative encounter at this location; it seems to be a consistent problem. I strongly suggest that management closely monitor their staff and the quality of service being provided.
