Sunrise Cafe & Grill - Richmond Hill

breakfast at this charming little diner near my house. The menu has a wide variety of options, from omelettes to French toast and pancakes, to sandwiches and burgers!

After cycling along the oak bridge corridor, I stopped by this restaurant and ordered the omelette with vegetables. It was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

Closed in the middle of the day for no reason for 20 minutes. Sometimes slow as snails service. Running out of things repeatedly. The food is standard to low quality. Only a couple of staff members actually hustle when it is busy. Like the title says, they'd love running this place if it wasn't for the customers who keep coming in expecting service. I know this place is a bit of an institution locally, but it is someplace we tend to avoid if we want a good breakfast - so many other better places. Unfortunately Richmond Hill Ontario has a dearth of decent food places considering the population density.

Very happy with food and service, family owned and run so you get that added touch.Love the all day breakfast and fish and chips on Friday.
