Oregano Pizza & Pasta - Richmond Hill

First time trying this place after almost a decade of living in the neighbourhood. Ordered basic cheese pizza, mushroom and cheese pizza, penne arrabbiata and eggplant parmigiana. I’d say all were good. (Based on my personal assessment and that of the adult family (kids are usually less picky when it comes to pizza I find). If you live in the area it’s a good place for pizza and pasta if you are looking for a change from the pizza chains like pizza Nova (not that there’s anything wrong with pizza Nova).

This place was not busy for a birthday dinner the week prior to Christmas but the food was plantiful and good. There was one cook and one server and both were friendly.

We called to find out the pizza size (apparently, there is only one). The person replied I don 't know , then he said: A teenager could eat it all by himself, it depends . Then, we asked about the online order discount because we were not able to see it applied. He told me to call the website company because where I was calling was just the restaurant. We want to support our local restaurants, but good service is key. It looked to me like they don 't want to do business. Needless to say, we did not proceed with the order (and it would have been a large one).

Everything about this place is garbage. Food came ice cold. Order was wrong. They advertise San marzano tomatos and give you disgusting plum tomatoes. Horrible. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of people during this time. You think you can get away with charging people for garbage

Order pizza through UBEREATS. Pizza was left at front door without anyone ringing the door to tell us the food had arrived! Pizza was burnt and tasted like paper. Will never order from there again!
