The vegan sausage pizza test and it was delicious! the sauce is so freshly tasted and has an authentic homemade taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste texture of the earthly island mozzarella. it melted really well and the texture was not gummy like most vegan shredded cheezes. the fenchelwurst was a pleasant surprise, loved it! The plant-based menu selection is impressive and the server is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I will be definitiw for more.

The plant-based menu of il fornello is a must to try! as a vegan I was probably surprised to learn that il fornello has a separate, completely vegan menu. I had the Margherita pizza, “beyond beef” vegan burger with a side of the Caesar salad and the hazelnut gelato. all delicious! the menu has so many options and it is only solid Italian cuisine (independent of being vegan). the accommodations are all already meant to make the order simple and easy. from a lot of pizzas to pastas to appetizers to desserts there is something for everyone.
