Bidra med feedbackIt was our first time here and we wanted Beijing Ente, two courses. Unfortunately, my older children could not join us as originally planned. We made a reservation and it was packed and I had to work my way to the hostess....but they have adjusted our reservation size while reducing a huge table to two smaller ones. We waited 15 minutes. The Beijing duck was delicious and there were some surprising things like fruit, marshmallows, raisins with pancakes. I think there was something sweet for the New Year. We ordered the two courses with the salad package. There were courses New Years banquet meals and a special a la carte menu. We ordered a few dishes and all were well flavored and fresh. The Scallop starter fish with black bean, pea shoot and egg tofu, which was surprisingly covered with a chopped garlic and butter base sauce. My husband was my favorite. The sizes of the dishes were generous and well presented. We packed a few leftovers. Before the bill came, they gave us free dessert of red rice sweet soup and a new year sweet glutinous rice ball with sweet black sea equal in it. Plus gelatine with gojiberries and crispy sesame cookies . All outpicious items for New Year . There was a huge wall of fresh seafood with very clean tanks. All dishes were in beautiful plates and displays. The dishes were clean and untreated. I'm looking for these things. I hate it when there are chips where germs can be lurked. Can't wait to go during a regular day, so I can order things from the regular menu. Some of the employees cannot speak English, but they will tell you and send someone who could.
I love dim sum and this place is one of the best It is much more pricier then most spots but the portions are much bigger then most dim sum places It is also quite full, so come early My favorite of all dim sum... places where I eat
I reserved 2 tables for her Beijing-Duck-Set dinner and we were all very happy with the meal. Most dishes were delicious and well prepared, only fried rice was not good. The servers were all efficient and friendly, and the dishes were not too slow and not too fast at a good pace. I was in this restaurant for Dim-Summe (which was brilliant), so the workers and hostess did not know me, but all the workers were very pleasant and polite.
It is obvious that they are only aces that are sad in 2019. Decided to try this situation, and from welcoming to the host staff and even the managers you can see that they are not friendly. Not a friendly place.
This restaurant offers the option to pre-order specialty dishes. The geoduck served on ice with hot broth for dipping was delicious, as was the lobster in supreme broth with noodles. The BBQ pork was moist and perfectly marinated. However, the Peking duck was a slight disappointment due to the thick pancakes. Overall, if you don't mind the distance from downtown Toronto, this is a great place to enjoy unique and flavorful dishes.
