Chatime - Richmond Hill

I tried the passion fruit smoothie with 50% sugar and it was delicious. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. I would highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I always order online and never had to show my confirmation before picking up my order. Today, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was asked to show my online confirmation. Even though I told them my name and phone number, the employee insisted on checking my reception, which was not good enough to display the image. I had to go outside to get better reception and come back in. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially since my name and phone number were already on the cup sticker. The employee even heard me talking to my wife about the issue. There was only one pickup order and I was the only one there to pick it up, so I don't understand why I was treated as if I was trying to take someone else's order. They need to train their employees better and show some respect to their customers.

At Chatime, they are not allowing customers to use their own reusable cups for their bubble tea orders due to Covid-19. However, there are customers in the store not wearing masks while consuming their drinks. We have been dealing with the pandemic for two years now and understand how to prevent transmission. The risk of transmission in indoor settings is higher with maskless individuals. It begs the question, why sell reusable containers if we cannot use them? What about the environment? Maybe we should consider not purchasing bubble tea at all.

Came here for the bt21 drink and it was pretty busy. there were only two employees, but they were fast. service was great! the ambiente and the aesthetic are definitely worth a visit! great for friends, as there are many places to make aesthetic images!

I have waited for my drinks for half an hour now and im still waiting. this is frankly way too long for drinks. and this store is full of people, no social distancing tk be seen at all.
