Bidra med feedbackA quick stop to have traditional Hong Kong style wonton noodle soup.Had the 2 selection bowl, wonton and brisket. Both were cooked well and flavourful. The dace fish balls had a nice crisp outer layer with the traditional chewiness of the balls.Great comfort food meal.
I was a bit skeptical before entering, thinking it’s just another wonton noodle shop, but I was definitely wrong. The moment you enter the store you can feel the spirit of Hong Kong: the speed and the noise and the business, all in a good way. We ordered a dumpling+beef brisket noodle 水餃牛腩麵,a wonton+beef tribe rice noodle 雲吞牛肚河, a Choy sum, and a deep fried fish skin. The food came pretty quick, and the moment we bite into the food, we feel like we’re in a top-notch noodle shop in Hong Kong! The shrimp was fresh, the soup was mild (not too salty or bland), the vegetables are cooked just right, and the fish skin was crispy without the oily taste. You can put the fish skin in the soup and there is no oil coming out! Their beef has an in-depth taste of 5 spice that slowly comes out from the meat. You know it is not just from the sauce. I can’t find any better place in GTA that bring you the taste of Hong Kong. Thank you for being such a authentic Hong Kong restaurant and give us all the wonderful experiences!
Best wonton noodles place in the Markham/ Richmond Hill area.Big portions, crunchie bites, loads of flavour.Good service, clean environment.Amazing chili oil.
2023 April 4A little off major intersections, this restaurant located in a small plaza still brings in a fair number of people during the busy lunch hours.Known for its different dumplings and fish balls, this place does a great job. The cuttle fish balls are chewy and have a good flavor. The beef brisket was tender and not salty. The shrimp wontons and dumplings were equally as good both in flavors and texture. The noodles themselves were cooked perfectly with a chewy texture.Three Kinds of Toppings Noodle in Soup $13 a good option for those who want selection. They offer frozen take out as well.WONTON dozen at $18DUMPLING dozen at $20DACE FISH PASTE one pound at $16CUTTLEFISH BALL one pound at $20Worth a stop. Parking can be limited, but also available in the back.
