Bidra med feedbackI have been a long-time patron of this establishment for social gatherings with friends. Unfortunately, the new manager made the decision to let go of the top three bartenders, which has resulted in a loss of regular customers. The atmosphere has become cold and unwelcoming, and even the food quality has deteriorated. The wings are small, bland, and overcooked, while the burgers are dry and difficult to swallow. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant, as the management does not value their loyal employees. The manager's controlling behavior has led to a decline in the overall quality of this place.
The individual preparation and cooking of the wings at this restaurant should serve as a model for other establishments on how to properly prepare and cook wings and fries. They are by far the best I have had, and I have been to many places in the Rob Province. I think the chef's name is fantastic! Management should take action immediately. Our server, Jackie, deserves 5 stars for her prompt service and wonderful personality. Well done, St. Louis Richmond Hill North.
I visited St. Louis Bar and Grill in 2015 when I was young. The food was okay, but the service was lackluster due to unenthusiastic employees. I believe the manager's name was Leo or something similar. The food from the grill was rated 1 out of 10. Although they had renovated the restaurant, the dining rooms were not updated. They need to work on improving customer service and management.
Overall I like this place as a local place to meet friends, have a few pints and enjoy them good company. the bar staff are called, friendly and very effective on a funny wise. .but food and management leave something to be desired. last night I broke off and decided to try one of their burgers as there was 1 2 price wed for burger. when I ordered, I asked for no rohen, because they don't agree with me, for an extra roasted bungalow, as well as a burger not over boiled with all the moistness from a humble good patty. the service personnel are always very attentive to these requests, so I assume that they have not failed this time and handed them over to the young friend prawan friend cooking staff. after 40 minutes from the order to the table, and it was not excessively busy, the meal came. a beautiful, several days old rolls, which may not be roasted over the grill short, a dry overboiled patty that would appear smaller than what they used a few months ago, and the biggest boiled roaring that floods in the did the plate. what a waste of money and time. when I was very hungry, so scratched off the swirl left on the unroasted simmerbunker, and added relish and ketchup to try to add some moistness. management is not existent in the round and some of their kitchen staff seem to have no guidance or instruction to understand or read. eating here has always been hit and missed, but lately seems more than hit. the management has to be involved in this business.
This bar has a wide selection of good meals beyond regular bar menus. Various beers at reduced prices. Service was great. I had a quinoa salad which was delicious and my husband had a fully dressed burger with fries that he really enjoyed. We started...with nachos. Lots of TVs with hockey and baseball. Highly recommended for a casual night out.
