Wawa - Richmond

Being from NJ, the Wawas there are 100% better. This location, the bathrooms, were gross!! The parking lot and gas pumps were dirty!I went to get the blueberry coffee, which only half a cup came out, and it was luke warm. Proceeded to get regular coffee, and it was the same thing, just warm. Finally, after the third try, I found some hot coffee. The coffee station was sticky and trash on top. The irish creamers were basically empty. Had to ask for a new full one.The manager and employees obviously don't care about the store or its customers' experience .Wawa, get your act together if you're trying to expand out of the PA/NJ area!!

I gave it 2 stars only because I was able to get in and out quickly due to their self-checkout. Simply put, this location is WAY TOO SMALL to meet the demand in that area. Store was super crowded, super messy, and the poor employees looked overwhelmed. And that was at like 6:00 am ! ???‍So I can just imagine how awful lunchtime is. I was totally caught off guard by the chaotic environment. I certainly will NOT be returning. Yikes!!!

The employees are very nice and made sure I had fresh stuffed pretzels!

Even through their busy lunch rush the service is amazing. My hoagies are always made perfectly and the curbside delivery is always courteous and kind. Thank you!

Food is bland and not made with care, the ingredients weren't fresh, and to top it off, my order wasn't right. Try a different Wawa, this one's employees don't GAF.
