Order was correct and in good shape, but dropped off at the wrong door
We walked in, and the guy at the cash register stared us down like we ruined his night. He doesn't say a word. We asked if we could order, and he just stares at us.Bathrooms are blocked off. We asked if we could use them but they said they are closed for the night. It is only 7:30pm.Food comes out and it is cold. The mozzarella sticks are room temperature and hard. The burger was okay. We asked for new mozzarella sticks. The 2nd batch had 2 melted ones and the rest were hard. Maybe an indication the cheese is bad?
Some days you think to yourself, I want to eat something. But you don’t want to spend $14-15 dollars for a meal at a normal restaurant. Contrary to its name, there is no drive-in here and you can eat here or pick up.You think to yourself, I want to spend $5 for a cheap item, kinda like Taco Bell. Well, there is a $2/3/4 menu here also and I got a chicken slinger. Size was small but surprisingly not bad. However, you’ll always get hit with the “was it really worth it” feelings afterwards. Great to get something cheap after the gym as it’s close by.Coupons/deals are pretty good sometimes. One day I may stop eating here, but that day isn’t today.
At the Cary street location in Richmond, VA. The store was left without a manger and the young man had no idea how to refund money for item they were out of, nor did he know the phone number to call. He told me to look it up. Left what good they had in front of me and walked away. I get home with no condiments, and no refund. Luckily another store stepped in and apologized and helped me with the solution.I visit this store regularly or did. If the people are not trained in how to handle resolutions to issues, they should have a manager in duty, or they should not be working. Customer satisfaction and kindness goes a long way to keeping business from regular customers. Luckily the west broad st store, was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.Thank you West Broad st. And customer service, now let's see about helping the people at the Cary st location learn some customer service.
