Pizza King - Richmond

I ordered an original sub with extra cheese and sauce, along with a 12-inch pepperoni pizza, also with extra cheese and sauce. I know the sub can be quite messy, and I’ve been warned about that when I requested extra toppings. But this time, it was unexpectedly dry, making the $1.49 I spent on it a waste. The pizza, on the other hand, was overly salty. Although it had the extra toppings, making it worth the $4.39, the overall experience was underwhelming. I spent a total of $30.66, and after giving the delivery person $31.00 and adding a $5.00 tip, I felt cheated. We ended up throwing the food away. I could have easily chosen many other places for that amount, so I think we’ll be opting for Domino’s from now on. Pizza King, you've lost a loyal customer— a family that used to spend a lot on your pizza. This was the last straw; I’m done wasting my hard-earned money on you!

That being said, Scott from corporate reached out to me and did a great job of addressing my concerns. While the meal was still disappointing, it was nice to have my feelings validated after he found that my account was accurate through recorded calls. Thanks, Scott!

I ordered three pizzas and some breadsticks, providing my address three times, but they delivered my order to the wrong location. When I called to address the issue, they said they would remake the order, but that didn't happen. Instead, they brought the original order to the other side of town. To top it off, the drink I received was watered down because the ice had melted.

The chicken ranch feast is great. I always add black olives and bacon! The deep dish pizza is also great! Jessi is always on top of the game.
