Pizza Hut Express - Richmond

Searched my GPS for this place but never found it. And I circled the parking lot to be sure. If it was there I didn't see it. They lost business to Little Caesar's across the street, which turned out not good. Just not my day for pizza I guess.

Service is incredibly slow. Pizzas that have been sitting are consistently being pushed on you.If you ask the staff to make you a fresh pizza you can literally see the life leave their body. They are almost never happy to make one and give you an outrageous amount of time that it will take to make a pizza so you can obviously either walk away or buy the sitting pizza.It’s a shame. The have so much potential but they have decided to hire the best of the worst. This location lacks leadership.

This place is dirty and when we came it was at night, the parking lot was dark with no lighting. Also the pizza was horrible, barely had any sauce on it. Of someone had given me a slice without me knowing where it was from, I would have thought it was a cheap frozen brand. Awful and the taste has changed from what it use to be. What happened Pizza Hut!?!?! You use to be the best!!

2 hour wait...so I called to cancel the order...she said please hold...but forgot to put me on hold....heard everything.....people are nasty..it was not the female I spoke to... just the dude in the background. Never again will I order anything from this pizza hut. And good luck to the customers who do.....
