Domino's Pizza - Richmond

This restaurant used to be my go-to for quick delivery and delicious food. Unfortunately, tonight was a different experience. My order was marked as "out of the oven" for nearly an hour before it even left the store. When I called for assistance, I received no helpful information—just the same details I already knew. To make matters worse, the quality of the pizza was terrible. I'm truly disappointed.

I Like dominoes. It's been a go to place for as long as I can remember. Stay open late is a good thing also. Their food is good and have a variety of choices to choose from. Their cheese bread is good also and their molting cake is delicious. Always goodand reasonable. Remember when everybody else is closed they're there to fill that empty late night spot.

I had the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I waited 50 minutes for two medium pizzas, even though I was told they were ready. They promised me a free pizza for my next visit. When I returned two weeks later and placed the same order, I asked to speak with a manager. Instead, I was met with hostility and got hung up on three times. I would not recommend this place for customer service or quality food. If I could, I would give it zero stars. Never again!

We've had an amazing experience with our recent orders from the Richmond Domino's! The service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This place has become our go-to for lunch at the office.
