The GM did make that incident better. and as always I?ve been satisfied ever since. I just got delivered the best pizza I have ever ate... thank you guys. I appreciate all your hard work :
Absolutely poor service. It took an hour to get my food and the manager at the service, Samantha, was absolutely terrible. I called twice and the second time she hanged on me. The delivery boy was completely rude. They called to cancel my order and said it would go back to my card and still not even get my food after it. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced such bad customer service!!! I'd rather see my money back on my card.
I had the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I waited 50 minutes for two medium pizzas, even though I was told they were ready. They promised me a free pizza for my next visit. When I returned two weeks later and placed the same order, I asked to speak with a manager. Instead, I was met with hostility and got hung up on three times. I would not recommend this place for customer service or quality food. If I could, I would give it zero stars. Never again!
We've had an amazing experience with our recent orders from the Richmond Domino's! The service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This place has become our go-to for lunch at the office.
This restaurant used to be my go-to for quick delivery and delicious food. Unfortunately, tonight was a different experience. My order was marked as "out of the oven" for nearly an hour before it even left the store. When I called for assistance, I received no helpful information—just the same details I already knew. To make matters worse, the quality of the pizza was terrible. I'm truly disappointed.
