The Petersham - Richmond

Overpriced for underwhelming food from a very average menu. the dessert estimated the experience something. not sure how prices can be justified.

The location is fantastic with simple parking, wheelchair access for my 88-year-old mother and a great view over the themse. unfortunately the rest of the experience did not fit the price or the view. in the suite, to call twice to confirm that we have our reservation for 12 pm, at the arrival (and have already waited several minutes to come and speak to us) we were told that the kitchen was not opened until 12.30 pm of the service was slow and inattentive, we had to send four glasses of red wine back, once because the weeping was corked and the other one because the wee came full of tan. the smoked salmon starter was excellent, but the roast beef and the roast lamb were tasteless and interchangeable. pudding good too. the price of the wine by the glass blackmail, and the selection bad. 100 pfund per head end cost. come to petersham hotel they can get better than that!

This restaurant was amazing. we enjoyed a river view. no longer expected Fir service. the personal was great. eating amazing. an extra tasty bite for a late birthday.

It was a very impressive arrival into the forecourt of the beautiful Victorian mansion that is the Petersham Hotel. The reception team was helpful and welcoming and in no time I felt safe that I had registered my car's details correctly. A slow stroll through the finely appointed rooms with stylish interior design and comfortable seating in wonderful rich colours made me happy that I had chosen to entertain my friends there My arrival at the restaurant revealed the beautiful view, which makes Richmond on Thames so famous around the world. The staff were most kind and attentive and soon my guests arrived and enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the room and its elegant decor The food and wines were delicious and imaginatively presented. A real treat in all senses of the word. A perfect evening, very much appreciated, so thanks to all your wonderful team. That said, I found the Forbes corrections irritating. We are in England and they repeatedly tried to make me spell everything in the American way. a bit too clever by half.

Petersham Restaurant is located near the Thames and in the best location in Richmond. We often had breakfast, lunch and dinner with my family and friends. The views, food and service of the hotel are the best in London. As a Kizilari family, we would like to thank Mr. Atan and restaurant staff who were always kind to us.
