Triple O's - Richmond

I visited Triple O's for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything was. The quality exceeded my expectations for a fast food restaurant. The iceberg lettuce was particularly crispy and fresh. The staff were also very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I arrived at this restaurant feeling very hungry and exhausted, and pulled up to the speaker to place my order. The employee recommended the Smokehouse burger, so I agreed to that along with a cup of water. After paying, she gave me hand sanitizer and promptly handed me my burger. In the midst of all this, we both forgot about the water I had requested. As I was taking my time in the drive-thru searching for my burger, she surprised me by running out to give me my cup of water! I was impressed by the excellent service and delicious burger.

The food at this gas station is surprisingly good. It's not a place for a full sit-down restaurant experience, but they also have good music playing. Now I wish my workplace had music too.

Ordered the Original Burger_No tomato_Extra pickles_I got a burger with no tomato_No pickles_So I give back one star for incompetence.

Rating of 5 for a drive through/sit in due to the morning ladies (Diane) awesome service and my excellent breakfast club combo served on a hot tray.__5 star
