I absolutely love Pretzel! It was soft and delicious. The service was quick and efficient. The Chinese lady was very friendly and recommended her favorites to me. I really enjoyed the Napolitano Pretzel!
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant recently. The girl who took my order was quite rude; she didn’t greet me and had a dismissive attitude while handing over my food. It was uncomfortable to see her make faces at other customers as they arrived. The customer service was really lacking. To top it off, my pretzel wasn’t baked properly. I've been there many times, and other staff members are usually friendly, but this particular employee really stood out for all the wrong reasons. Her unpleasant demeanor completely put a damper on my day.
Asked for 1 salt and 2 sesame ,but got 1 salt and 2 sugar cinnamon.
Mr. Pretzels is AWESOME!! Absolutely love them, so was very happy to see the kiosk in the mall!The only reason they get less than 5 stars is due to the lady staff member who was staffing the kiosk when we went there. No other customers around, yet we are standing there waiting for her to take our order and she is farting around moving dishes and such around and cleaning up or preparing something. These are things she should be doing on her own time when no one is waiting to be served. I almost walked away and went somewhere else as she was oblivious to a customer waiting for her. Clearly she has not been trained by the Management of this place and is clearly driving customers away due to poor customer service skills. When she finally had time to take my order it became difficult as she can barely speak a lick of English, so again this is a Management issue where they need to hire the right people, who can speak English, and understands that a customer that walks away because she has no idea what her priorities are, are all lost customers and lost business.The product is excellent, the staff are worse than useless. Management, do better!!!!!
