La Vielle Gare - Richmond

Every time I visit this restaurant, we have breakfast there and it's consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service is outstanding and the ambiance is cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

The food is really good, the owner is excellent, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the service is top-notch.

Wouldn't let us in even though we both provided vaccination proof from our provinces with valid photo ID and showed them online what the rules are for out of province visitors they didn't care, turned us away.

Have been to this restaurant twice since it changed owner, once for breakfast and again for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast menu is larger. So are the portions. Enjoyed both visits.

The waitress spoke little English, but we had a fun time conversing. We split a small salad and had cheeseburgers, all were delicious. The decor was nice and the place was clean. The coffee to go made for the perfect lunch.
