Cask Whisky Vault - Richmond

This was our second visit celebrated a birthday both times. Yuka is an amazing server friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and cocktails. She remembered me even though several months had passed. All 4 of us had the tasting menu for the food and added a dish because we were hungry. Everything was delicious and cocktails were great including the non alcoholic ones for the DD. The only suggestion I have is to offer more self parking options. Highly recommend.

Our server is pleasant and very informative. Food and drinks are yummy. Definitely recommend the pre set meal and flight of whisky to compliment the food.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Cask Whisky Vault. The food was excellent. We tried the waygu beef, a chicken dish, and the whisky chocolate cake. This restaurant has, unsurprisingly, an extensive selection of whisky at different price points. Plus the vault itself is pretty cool.

Overall the experience was great! Only thing is they charge a kitchen tip which i have never heard of before which you can opt out of but then you feel awkward doing so. Then there is two PST charges??? One is 10% and the other is the 7%. What is the other 10%??? Not sure. Aside from these questions on my bill is the only thing that leaves me weary.

We had a wonderful experience overall. Our server, Sarah, truly impressed us with her extensive knowledge and outstanding service. She made our culinary journey unforgettable. We're already looking forward to our return. Cheers, Kimberley.
